HOURS OF OPERATION
- I am available 281-702-0542 for scheduling an inspection from 7 AM - 10 PM - 6 days a week, and Sunday 1 PM - 10 PM.
I perform inspections 7AM till Dusk. If there's sufficient daylight for me to complete the exterior inspection, I'll gladly fit you into my schedule.
CLIENT WALK-THRU - I believe that the inspection process is an educational experience and not a checklist of items which are or are not operational at that moment in time. I strongly encourage my clients to be active participants in the inspection process. This gives us the opportunity to walk around the property and discuss not only the black and white, but the gray areas as well. In many cases, by the end of the inspection, you will know more about the home than the current homeowner
HIGH TECH EQUIPMENT - I refuse to guess on any of my findings. I continue to utilize advanced high tech natural gas and , temperature sensors, numerous digital meters, in order to confirm any of my findings throughout your prospective home.
10 AM THE NEXT DAY REPORT TURNAROUND - TOC Inspections provides reports that are all individually written and specific to that home. Our reports provide excellent detail and most of the issues are accompanied by photographs with the report. I typically take over 50 pictures of issues, to aid in the explanations of problems. Most reports include an average of 20-30 photographs. Reports are typically emailed to you by 10 AM the next morning, after the inspection. Printed versions of the report are available for your convenience upon request.
